The team were called by North Yorks police to help in locating a missing 47-year-old female from the Northallerton area. Working on extra information we relocated the search to Cod Beck. As well as Cleveland team we were helped by four search dogs and handlers from Swaledale and Teesdale teams, a RAF Sea-king helicopter and members from the RAF Leeming team. The teams searched throughout the night without turning anything up. We called the other teams from NESRA to help continue the search through the morning when a find was made. The lady was then transferred to a county ambulance and taken to hospital.
There were 18 Cleveland team members, 13 RAF Leeming team members and 4 dog handlers along with a sea king helicopter and NY Police on this call, which lasted about 12 hours.
